When Can I Request a Refund?

You can request a refund within 7 days after your purchase, provided one of the following conditions is met:

You were unable to properly access the digital content or file.

The file was delivered corrupted, incomplete, or with a technical error.

There was a problem with payment processing (duplicate charge, system error, etc.).

In any of these cases, we will review your request and respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

When Does a Refund Not Apply?

Due to the digital nature of the content, we CANNOT offer refunds when:

You have already downloaded 100% of the material and request a return due to "dissatisfaction."

You purchased by mistake but have already accessed the files.

You claim to be unaware of the product's features, which are clearly described on the sales page.
